Thank you for logging on to WhoDoITell.com®. This is the place where you give the public your input and your stories... From the Roofing Nightmare to the Bridal Blunder.

What we are is a Consumer Advocate Community.

What we do is provide the consumer a public platform to inform other potential patrons about the quality of work and services, good and bad, performed by companies and individuals who have been contracted by you, the consumer. We do this by allowing you to post your stories on our site.

Unlike other companies, posting and reviewing at WhoDoITell?® is free.

Why are we doing this? We are doing this in an effort to keep Service Providers/Contractors in our communities honest. How does this keep them honest? It's simple... there is a power in numbers and, when a community shares its stories, word gets around and reputations are known in numbers. But posting is not just about warning your fellow neighbor of the less desirable operators, it's about sharing those good stories too.

After we review your questionnaire, all the information is in order, and your story is applicable, it will then become a post on the, “Grand-Opening Launch Day” of WhoDoITell.com.

Remember, we want to hear about your good experiences as well as bad, or any experience for that matter. This is why we are putting together an extensive database to allow the public to stay informed.

You will not be billed to post, and again, your information will never be sold to anyone for any reason. We at WhoDoITell?® give you, the individual, the same respect of privacy that we expect in our own lives and we take this very seriously.

Please understand, WhoDoITell?® is not about fast food service or the local convenience stores and shopping mall retailers. Items in these businesses can easily be returned for full refunds. And we all know that fast food restaurants are, "at your own risk" kinds of facilities. Although when we do launch our final site, we will have a section called "Tell the Cook!". It will be a place where you can be the restaurant critic…sit-down, full-service restaurant critic!

WhoDoITell?® will also employ a Mediation Service to aid the consumer in settling disputes with Service Providers/Contractors before a negative and unsettled situation ends up in an incredible loss of time, money, or even worse...in court. It will be an affordable and painless solution.

Do you have to participate in mediation? No. Mediation is an additional resource that will be available with 10% of all proceeds going to charity to help aid homeless shelters. (Note: We are also building a site called WhereICanGo.com as well as .mobi for this purpose. It will provide resources to information on mortgage services, abuse centers, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and teen crisis resources.)

Important: Every Service Provider/Contractor has the right to tell their side of a story as well and can also enter in to mediation if they would like to initiate it.

(Although we will not call you unless we feel we absolutely need to verify that a post is legitimate, you must provide us with the correct contact information we require to get back in touch with you if necessary.) We do this to insure that you are who you say you are and not someone else saying that they are you. WhoDoITell?® will never sell your information. This is our promise.
